Dwayne Jr. joined
Excel's team in the fall of 2003. After
receiving an Economics Degree from The
University of Tennessee in Knoxville, he
decided to continue his business career with
going in business with his father, founder
of Excel Real Estate.
 With a strong mind for business and
marketing, Chip has excelled to become one
of Nashville's premier realtors. Having
competed on UTK's 2 time National
Championship Track and Field Team, it gave
him the dedication and motivation to strive
for the best in every situation.
Chip is a member of the National Association
